To no longer receive e-mails or other electronic communications from VizConnect, you must elect to opt-out.
You may view or use our Web site without registering or submitting any Personal Information. In that case, the only information we collect will be non-personal information collected through the use of cookies or web beacons (see details below).

Every computer is assigned a different cookie by VizConnect. This Privacy Policy does not protect you when you use VizConnect's public forums if and when they become available. As a service to our users, VizConnect may feature chat rooms and bulletin boards where users can share information and support one another or where users can post questions for other users to answer. You should be aware that any information shared in a chat room, bulletin board, or other type of posting is public information and may be seen, disclosed to or collected by third parties that do not adhere to our Privacy Policy. You should think carefully before disclosing any personal information in any public forum.
Except as otherwise stated, VizConnect may use both non-personal and personally identifiable user information to improve the content of the Site, to customize the Site to user preferences, to communicate information to users, for marketing and research purposes, for the development and support of VizConnect's services, programs and activities, and for any other purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. VizConnect may also contact you to conduct surveys or to collect feedback regarding the Site and the services contained therein.

All registered users of the Site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their account and going to the 'Edit Profile' page.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Except as set forth in this agreement, or as specifically agreed to by you, VizConnect will not use, disclose, or store any Personal Information it gathers from you on the Site unless reasonably required in order to answer your questions, to provide services you may request or purchase from the Site (such as, information we need to share with our credit card internet gateway), or unless reasonably required in order to comply with a governmental or internal company record-keeping requirement.

In the event that we are legally compelled to disclose your Personal Information to a third party, we will notify you unless doing so would violate the law or court order.
VizConnect may employ independent contractors, vendors and suppliers ("Outside Contractors") to provide specific services and products related to the Site or to the services provided on the Site, including but not limited to, performing general statistical analysis, video hosting and management, maintaining an email suppression list as may be required by state and/or federal law, providing credit card processing and/or order fulfillment, fraud screening, testing and implementation of special services to users, and developing applications for the Site and the services provided on the Site. These Outside Contractors may have limited access to information collected on the Site, including personally identifiable information, in the course of providing such products or services.
VizConnect is unable to prevent children under the age of thirteen (13) from visiting the Site; however, no part of the Site is directed at or intended for persons under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13), please do not access the Site at any time or in any manner. In order to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, VizConnect will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13).
